1. Responsible for providing product training, demonstration as well as technical support and advice to the customer base including its partners, distribution channels, installers and system integrators.

2. Responsible for providing the sales team with the necessary technical support and documentation to enable them to sell product as well as reviewing product data to ensure that the sales team is kept up to date on new developments regarding the company and competitor products.

3. Act as point of first reference for all product related enquiries and work collaboratively with colleagues in R&D and head office to address any issues that may arise in regards to the products and solutions.

4. Develop hands on in-depth knowledge of competitive products and maintain technical analysis of competitor strengths and weaknesses.

5. Deliver technical product demonstrations to key end markets and be able to confidently talk through the installation/connectivity/ interoperability aspects of a solution.

6. Deliver presentations defined by vertical markets highlighting the technical, solution and service benefit to those individual markets.

7. Responsible for product testing & reporting as well as define and improve roadmap features. Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.

8. Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.

Candidate profile: 1. Experience in a technical support position in IP CCTV and Video Surveillance.

2. Capability of demonstrating connectivity and interoperability of key CCTV product range and how this fits within a security or Integrated systems

3. Strong technicalknowledge at both product and project level.

4. Understanding of the B2B security market and major distribution channels.

5. Ability to prioritise and execute tasks under steady pressure and during peak periods

6. Excellent product management skills
